TOASTY BEANZ

Wow

Toasting yr own coffee beanz is REMARKABLY EASY !
Some common sense, an IR thermo ( thanks again, J ! ) and an olde skool aire popcorn popper, 1200W or better.
AND, greenie beanies are ONE HALF the cost of toasty ones, NOICE !
I ordered 2lb of Fair Trade Organic Costa Rican from me local purveyor, and he was kind enough to tell me some SONGS that HIS BEEG ROASTER has taught him over the 9 + years he's been in the BIZ. Namely, TEMPERATURES, its all about TEMPERATURES with the beanz, summarized below :

  1. Funny story.... some friggin US law firm has just managed to push through a bill or amendment or some stupid thing that deems Co2 to be poison..Yup. You read it here. Poison that is bad for human health.

    OBVIOUS points: Humans breath out C02, as do trees and all other living beings, not just factories and, the great evil (if you're from the US and you're bored with the old Axis of Evil)...The Canadian Tar Sans, from whence the US buys 1/3 of their oil...

    Yes my dear, the C02 that your resting roasties are expelling is a health hazard.

    I know... I said that same word in my head about 40 times when I heard that report to.....
